I. Competition sections
Hobby – maximum 4 ore de pregătire / săptămână

II. Categoriile de vârstă (vârsta împlinită la data concursului)
- MINI: 4-6 YEARS
- CHILDREN: 7 - 9 YEARS
- JUNIORS 1: 10 - 12 YEARS
- JUNIORS 2: 13 - 15 ANI
- SENIORS: 16 - 18 ANI
- ADULTS: 20+ ANI
*The organizer reserves the right to request proof of the children's age in case of suspicion regarding the correct placement in the age category.

IV. Time limits and deployment space
- Solo: 1:00 – 2:30 min
- Duo/Trio/Quartet: 1:00 – 2:30 min
- Groups: 2:00 –3:00 min
- Formation: 2:00 – 3:30 min
The organizers ensure professional technical conditions regarding the stage space, sound and light system, changing booths.
V. Registration and Fees
The music for each of the choreographic moments will be uploaded to the RDCP platform, and the file will be named as follows:
Name and surname of the competitor / school / group / formation_name of the moment_competition section and age_competition discipline_debut of the choreographic moment (P – from the picture on the stage; M – from backstage to the music).
Example: AndreeaPopescu_Paquita_Solo_
The registration form is only valid if all mandatory fields are filled in and all required documents are uploaded (Track / Tracks named correctly, according to the formula indicated above, in .mp3 format). Participants will be able to see the recorded moments as well as the related fees in the RDCP platform.
VI. Image usage agreement
The organizers reserve the right to take photos of the participants, to save the recordings uploaded in the contest, to use the photos, respectively the recordings entered in the contest for the promotion of the current event and future events.
By entering the competition, you agree to the photographing and recording of your image and the use of the recordings in all actions related to the "DanceRo Competition" and declare that you do not have and will not have any claim against these appearances.
VII. Consent regarding the processing of personal data
By entering the competition, you agree to the processing of your personal data by DanceRo Competition. Consent refers to all processing activities of your personal data by the mentioned operator, such as, but not limited to the collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use And so on respective personal data. The purposes for which personal data can be used are those related to the organization and conduct of the "DanceRo Competition" and related activities. By registering, you accept the rules and regulations of the competition.
Internal order regulation:
- The consumption of food and drinks is strictly prohibited in the competition hall and backstage.
- On the day of the competition, competitors will carry a xerox copy of their birth certificate and a stick with the music for the choreographic moment(s) they are competing with (these will be kept by the coordinators and presented to the organizers only if requested)
- Cleanliness will be maintained in all spaces where the competition is held.
- During the performance of the artistic act, silence will be maintained, both in the competition hall and behind the scenes.
- It is forbidden to block the access ways.
- The changing booths (area for changing clothes) must be used by all competitors. As a result, they must be released after changing costumes.
- All choreographic moments must be adapted to the age of the participant in terms of clothing and choreography.
- During the contest, the contestants' presence backstage is mandatory 3 moments before entering the stage.
- It is mandatory, for all persons who will have access to the institution, to comply with the rules of competitive discipline, with a civilized behavior, which does not cause physical or moral harm to any participant in the event.
- Filming or photography during the contest is strictly prohibited.
- Any person who causes damage to the premises, inside or outside, through negligence or abuse, assumes full financial responsibility for the recovery of the damage.
- It is forbidden to participate in the contest with objects that can damage the dance surface (eg: confetti, sharp objects, etc.). Competitors who use assistive devices will request the organizer's consent in advance (at least 2 days before the day of the competition).
- Parents/Guardians are not allowed backstage or warm-up room access. The teachers/coordinators are the ones who will be responsible for the contestants during the entire duration of the contest (1-10 children/teacher).
- The public's access to the competition hall is different from that of the competitors.
- Access to the competition hall is free throughout the duration of the competition within the limit of available seats.
- By participating in the "DanceRo Competition", competitors, companions and members of the public give their consent to appear in the photos and video recordings taken during the competition and their subsequent use by the organizer on the official social media channels.
